Role Descriptions

Project Manager Role Description (1 resource):
The person should have experience working with Client PPM. The project manager will be experienced in:
• Gathering information from stakeholders and integrate it into a workable plan.
• Log Estimates, task assignments and manage the overall schedule
• Sustaining a high rate of progress
• Making decisions and remove impediments
• Fending off future creep
• Obtaining agreement on prioritization and detailed content of time-boxes
• Working closely with the squads supporting the program and with program management layer facilitating progress
• Excellent communication skills
• Work with the group to ensure lessons are learned.

Scrum Master Role description (2 resources):
The scrum masters should have experience supporting Agile efforts. Specifically, they should have the following skillsets:
· Continually reinforce the Agile principles and values for the delivery team members and stakeholders.
• Help the team identify, raise, and resolve impediments.
• Facilitate and assist Agile Scrum in ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.
• Provide situational coaching and support team members to optimize their use of Agile.
• Help teams enable built-in quality by executing practices such as DevOps, CDCI Pipeline, Integrated Test Strategies, and automation.
• Serve to promote best practices and solicit input on how to continuous improve operations.
• Participate in Agile design discussions, making suggestions on Agile operating models based on knowledge, experience, observation, and team input.
• Must demonstrate solid understanding of Agile principles, values, and ceremonies.
• Prior experience affecting change in organizations towards agile adoption and sustainability
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing / coordinating / escalating external dependencies for a team.
