Job Description:
 
 
 
He/She will spend the first two weeks in Richmond for KT, onboarding and familiarization with client processes and procedures.  He/she will then make two trips with existing Desktop Team members to observe first-hand how the on-site PC Refresh process works.  We will then send this person out on their own to perform PC refresh activities at various OPCOs.  We expect this person to be travelling approximately 75% of their time.
 
 
 
           
 
Clients: Windows7 and Win 10 Enviroment – New PC Refresh, Data transfer, imaging
 
 
·         Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM Client ,
 
 
-         SCCM- Knowledge to update Current PC Images/Drivers
 
 
           SCCM - Ability to create a packages for system deployment
 
 
·         ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, Client Service Center, client
Service Center 
 
 
·         Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, , WebEx, Live
Meeting, and Windows Native tools
 
 
·         MS Office Suite 2016/365, One Drive
 
 
·         Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),
 
 
·         VPN and remote dial-in users
 
 
·         Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Assists staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of computers and peripherals within established standards and guidelines
 
 
Work remotely and desk side for On site users
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
 
 
 
 
 
 
Experience from the desktop environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
-       Up to 75% of the time
