 Job Description:
Business Analyst- Understanding business needs, fulfilment objectives & overall functional solution
•           He will Drive requirements gathering activities for assigned area
•           He assesses the impact of those needs, capturing, analysing, facilitating and documenting requirements and providing high level solutions that leverage product capabilities and best practices to produce an optimal solution
•           He is also responsible to generate requirements documentations for assigned areas
•           He will act as a key advisor for customers based on product capabilities and best practices, leveraging reuse where applicable.
•           He will design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget.
•           He should own the overall functional solution and act as main point of contact for any functional query/ issue
•           He will participate in and/or leads formal and informal reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge and experience and providing technical perspective and support.
He will be responsible for communicating the solution with customers' business and IT personnel. Will be expected to explain the new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes. He will ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open questions and action items.
Mandatory Skills:
Superior communication skills – both oral & written
•  Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
• Customer-facing experience – ability to capture requirements in form of Use Cases or User stories and ability to present the solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on)
• Good knowledge on Order Management systems including order fulfilment cycle, omni channel experience, order capture , change order , cancel order , refund order , payment processing , shipment , Warehouse management .
• Good knowledge on CRM systems and Product Catalog (CPQ) including Leads, opportunities, workflow , promotions , Quotes , pricing , customer data , schedules , Sales forecasting , Contact Management , Reporting.
• Good experience in supply chain management, logistics , supply – demand management, risk management.
• Good experience in ERP and inventory management, planning, inventory reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with demanding internal and external clients.
