Location:  Aliso Viejo, CA (the first preference is to have someone sit onsite in CA location.  Other options would be Columbus, Ohio OR Texas if they are not finding candidates who can sit in Aliso Viejo, CA)

Interview Process: In-person for local candidates; Webex for non-local candidates
 
Required skillset:
  • 5-7 years of SFDC testing experience with Billing, Credit and Identity products
·         Q2C (Quoting to Cash Collection)
  • 10 years of Software QA Testing Experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Test Rails a Plus
  • Experience in an Agile environment
 
Responsibilities:
The SFDC QA Lead Engineer will be responsible for test planning, leading QA team in System Integration testing, driving UAT defect tracking, and working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure high quality of Salesforce development work is delivered.
 
The SFDC QA Lead Engineer will define test approach and test strategies, work with Global QA Team/BA's to design, create and document test scripts as well as execute all types of testing – functional, integration, and regression testing.
 
·         Lead and mentor QA testers, business consultants and technical consultants.
·         Work with project owners and others to help drive test strategy based on Scrum/Agile methodologies and best practices.
·         Defect tracking, resolution and documentation via Jira defect tracking system.
·         Design and creation of test scenarios (I. e., test cases, and conditions) with QA team/BA's for inclusion in test plans.
·         Drive Test Case creation, execution, reporting via TestRails Test Case Management Software.
·         Drive and execution of software functional, regression, and SIT tests.
·         Preparation of defect reports as needed for internal teams.
·         Interaction / communication/ follow through with development & business team throughout testing phase to facilitate iterative cycle.
·         Evaluate priorities and use testing strategies effectively and efficiently.
·         Work with Automation Team Lead to Insure Automation Test Cases are designed, created, and executed.
