Mandatory Skills:
This project involves support of applications during critical weather conditions, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and working on enhancements as per the requirements
• Primary Skill -Knowledge on Oracle Outage Management System and Distributed Management System of Utilities
• Knowledge on SCADA, GIS will be an added advantage
• Provide trouble shooting, support to the OMS system for any issues
• Is adept with Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes

Preferred Skills:
• Preferred knowledge on Oracle OMS
• Red Hat Linux, Oracle, COTS, Java, C#, WinForms, ASP.net, MSRS
• Be a part of Outage Management System support team (or) any support team (Handling L2 and L3 support)

Job Role:
• Understanding the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly
• Provide support and prepare technical documentation
• Effective in anticipating and understanding customer expectations, and ensure customer requirements are met and expectations appropriately managed
• Work Experience of around 5-10 years in projects involving L2/L3 support
• ITIL experience/certification preferred
