Most recent experience on Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) development experiences
SQL development skills
Java experience required
Upstream Works experience a plus
Provide technical documentation of CVP and Call Flow changes
Primary focus will be larger development efforts for updating our scripting, however, may be called upon to assist with smaller change requests and incident issues as needed.
Customer facing resource for interactions with the business around requirements, technical capabilities, and deliveryInteraction with other technical departments within the customer for integration with our system (such as Web Services, Network, or database teams)
Working on Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) during the period of this SOW.
Update Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Call Flow for upcoming go Live
Finalize and Document the New Transformation Call Type Naming Convention
Lead effort to design new Transfer Point Naming Convention
Apply Contact Center Routing Redesign Standards
Manage services Organization call routing changes to include integration between Epic and Upstream Works (Finesse)
