 Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Strong analytical, good communication and inter-personal skills are required as interactions with business and end users a must.
  • 5-7 Years of experience in TIBCO EAI platform (BW, EMS and BC), and in depth-knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Extensively used messaging standards such as JMS Topics/JMS Queues/Distributed Queues.
  • Extensive experience in implementation/testing of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) using XML based Web Services (SOAP/WSDL) and SOAP UI.
  • Experience in developing XML Schemas, XPath, WSDL, SOAP and HTML.
 
Technical Skills:
Certifications TIBCO Certified BW if possible
Operating System Windows Platform,  Linux
TIBCO Integration & CEP TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x, TIBCO Designer 5.x, TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.x , TIBCO Adapters (File and Database), TIBCO Business Events 5.x (Complex Event Processing)

Responsibilities
  • Participate to the definition of, and ensure adherence to, guiding principles, reference architectures, technology landscapes, standards, best practices and roadmaps that support business priorities.
  • Provide technical leadership regarding integration impact across business, information, application, technical and security architectures.
  • Guide projects to follow reference architectures, strategic technology stacks and standards and best practices.
  • Participate in high-level project estimation, system design and solution design reviews.
  • Work directly with business users, managers and engineers in order to understand business and technical requirements, and provide guidance and solutions.
  • Solve problems through analysis of existing systems and processes.
  • Work on full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation and rollout.
  • Co-ordinate between Business and Technical team for query clarification and issue resolution.
  • Review and Approve Technical Design and development of Solution Components.
  • Deployment and Go-Live support.
