·         Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
·         Updating self-help documents so Stakeholders can try to fix problems themselves.
·         Understand Fiddler & Firebug logs & generate reports for technical team.
·         Interpreting data, analyzing results using analytical techniques
