•        Maintain, manage & monitor application Services & UI & servers
•        Maintain, manage & monitor custom developed application for availability & performance
•        Acknowledge support calls & track issues though request tracking system like Service Now, perform initial analysis of issues & triage to L2/ L3 teams as required
•        User management in system & help users with system process/ navigation & raise case
•        Collaborate with customer & support teams for information gathering & request update
•        Experience with using Databases & reporting systems for basic monitoring work
•        Work with L2 team on data and application issue fixes & help L2 team capturing enhancement requests
•        Document scripts, run books, troubleshooting articles and share knowledge with team members and update knowledge repository to ensure complete support coverage
•        Collaborate with application teams for deployment of fixes and basic troubleshooting of issues in the environment
•        Provide system development and release support as necessary
•        Usage of Jenkins for CICD, GIT for administration
•        System monitoring for connectivity and security.
•        Identify process optimizations, end-to–end customer requirement tracking process.
