High Level estimations: Acting in the earliest phase to rapidly develop a high level solution and estimation of resources required.
Recognizing, articulating and mitigating complex problems related to solutions being developed and acting as advisor to other professionals on tools, technology and methodology related to the design and development of IT solutions
Being a resource for Account Managers, IT BU Managers or BRMs across Platforms and Functions, to collaborate in the integration of technology architectures with our business processes.
Participation in special assignments or key projects in different roles depending on complexity, criticality and impact. E.g. Plant Assessment, Segmentation, MADJV, Infrastructure review, etc.
Expected to be championing the adherence to process and standards, particularly those related with projects and compliance.
Remaining accountable for the overall technical solution until operational (steady state operations) considering the original objective, scope, assumptions and risks documented. In case of gaps between the design and the final solution, the SME will act within the project team together with the PM leading the effort to review and modify, if necessary, the proposed design presented in the early phase.

5+ years of experience in Plant Control system technical roles
10+ years of experience in Infrastructure technical roles

Understanding of the Control System Integration with other systems
Sound knowledge and deployment experience of Rockwell PLC, Siemens and Emerson DCS system.
Able to design control system and perform assessment of the plant
Expert in defining manufacturing IT Strategy for clients involving shopfloor processes
Configuration understanding of at least one of the controllers on the shop floor(PLCs/DCS/SCADA)
Understanding of the PLC and DCS control blocks and implement for the Rockwell and Siemens controller
Strong knowledge of BATCH system and PLC/Siemens Message Exchange
Technology Knowledge of System Fault Analysis
Knowledge of network and infrastructure like server, end user computing , HMI and
Knowledge of ISA 95 layers , Historian is desirable
Experience in food and beverages or process plant proven background in team leadership.
Is competent in a business environment and can relate the advantages of technologies to defined business needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English skills to allow effective oral and written interactions.
Ability to travel up to 30% periodically in the region, and on occasion internationally
