 The Senior ERP Solution architect to provide overall solution design strategy with regard to multiple processes.
This person has a command of functional business processes in their areas of expertise, and in-depth knowledge of process best practices.
The person in this role has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution master data, configuration, transaction processing and related business processes, with integration across multiple platforms like salesforce
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with individuals across value streams from Marketing, Sales, Order management, Billing, Finance and Support to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes and solutions.
  • Leads cross functional teams on global enterprise system and process transformation initiatives in area of process expertise, delivering defined objectives and business value.
  • Responsible for team output on process analysis, functional and logical system design, configuration and implementation. Leads team members to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the organization.
  • Leads the evaluation of new releases or alternate software, reviewing business and technical literature and interacting with cross functional teams.
Qualifications
 
Extensive information technology in various business functional, technical and analytical positions Order to Cash cycle.
Has a sound knowledge of Subscription business
 
Key competencies required:
  • Strong knowledge of the Sales and Distribution, Logistics modules and other integrations with CRM and payment processing systems
  • Experience in full life-cycle SAP implementations and demonstrated project management capability.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate various levels of the organization
