 Key Duties: 
Manage customer issues i.e issues reported from Feild. 
Reproduce and troubleshoot issues in Broadband, Video and Camera devices
Collect and review logs for errors. 
Provide technical help to the Support teams and the Customers. 
Review code to understand functionality and understand the reason for any bugs. 
Document technical solutions to be shared with the customers. 
Skills: 
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. 
6+ year Development experience with Linux
Scripting experience

Experience in Cable set top box
Strong knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Wi-FI standard  TR-069, SNMP ,Docsis etc. 
Knowledge of Java
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
