Full time

Salary range – $100k - $110K

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with an additional 4 years combined experience in software development, project management and Agile or Scrum.
  • If hired, must be able to provide documentation that you are legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
Proficiency in/able to do the following:
  • Agile and Scrum
  • Work effectively and manage a team's workload in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Detail-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritize and complete tasks with a positive attitude to motivate and encourage the team
  • People management
  • Servant leadership
  • Follow Mindtree practices and polices
  • Strengthen internal and external client/customer relationships
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate the success of a team in delivering functionality on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Organize, facilitate and lead Scum ceremonies including but not limited to: sprint planning, daily Scrum meetings, retrospectives, release planning, and reviews
  • Track and communicate team progress daily
  • Track and communicate sprint or release progress as needed or directed by customer
  • Facilitate communication and improve transparency
  • Encourage discussion, conflict resolution, different approaches or alternatives
  • Empower your team to self-organize
  • Help mitigate distractions and increase the team's focus
  • Maintain a full understanding of Scrum to ensure Agile and Scrum practices are followed
  • Earn respect of the team and take initiative to complete projects
  • Function in a highly interactive and open environment
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of developers, testers and business analysts
  • Be a servant leader for the team
  • Motivate teams to deliver a vision and foster an environment for continuous improvement
  • Lead and participate in Agile, Scrum and other training

  • Contribute to the center as a part of Delivery Leadership
  • Work with internal teams to foster the best client relationship possible
  • Support the Product Owner by assisting with backlogs and release plan maintenance
  • Coach and mentor other scrum masters to ensure cross-team coordination and consistency
