Need ability to solve complex issues, both technical and functional, identify root causes and work with IT to close system gaps.
Liaise with business and IT to resolve system issues and be the primary point of contact for OTM functional and system issues.
Hands on experience in working in application production support projects driven by SLAs.
Suggest key process and performance improvement opportunities within OTM identified during the course of support.
Be a transportation business partner in supporting deployment of new solutions or upgrading existing features of the system by participating in user acceptance testing, leading business UAT sessions, testing integration functionality between OTM and other systems.
Support OTM users by conducting training sessions, super user group meetings and maintaining job aids and transportation/OTM documentation.
Support the business continuity of transportation function - Triage day to day system issues and provide resolution for complex systems issues Resolve OTM related issues and identify root cause for problems to support transportation users
Engage OTM IT Support as required and act as a liaison between business and IT
Monitor key systems, batch jobs and interfaces between OTM and other systems
Resolve any OTM EDI related issues to support internal teams as well as carriers.
Provide Best-practice OTM systems utilization
Provide OTM system training to planners, super users and others to support user capabilities
Maintain job aids and OTM training documentation
Process standardization, SOPs and system process compliance
Master Data Maintenance - Identify system improvement opportunities for better utilization of OTM
Assist Deployment Teams in deployment readiness
Engage planners and others for OTM system user acceptance testing on new projects
Develop and maintain test scripts for UAT
Provide support for integration testing between OTM and other systems
Provide on-site go-live support and train users on OTM functionality, as required
