Business Facing
  • Partner with Allergan Business Owner to define strategic business plans, high level business strategy and the overall plan
  • Develop & manage communication plan across all concerned stakeholders for portal releases.
  • Coordinate with the Allergan Business team for successful completion of the User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist in documenting comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.

Technical/Operational
  • Primary liaison for Allergan and development vendor as it relates to day-to-day operations and service delivery;
  • Work in a multi vendor environment to consolidate project health & report status to Allergan. Work towards ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones; and manage customer and supplier relationships.
  • Manage operational aspects of service delivery including monitoring and managing delivery of in-scope services, achievement of defined Service Levels
  • Collaborate to ensure that services that are aligned with Allergan's technical, infrastructure and application portfolio direction
  • Identify potential or actual changes to the Services or New Services in accordance with the Change Control Procedures
  • Consider and evaluate any Change(s) to the services & ensuring the Change management process is adhered.
  • Prioritize the identification, resolution and escalation of any project risks and dependencies.
  • Manage action items from daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and other Allergan-identified operational meetings
  • Ensures that escalated issues are resolved according to the governance charter escalation procedures.
