Sr. Business Analyst with .NET

•             Participates in product definition and prioritization by working with various Internal/external stakeholders
•             Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture and document product feature requirements, develop user stones, success criteria/conditions of acceptance, test scenarios
•             Work with Product Owners to demo completed features and solicit feedback from stakeholders
•             Up to SO% travel is expected for this role (4-5 days out of town every other week)

•             5+ was of professional eperience building diStributed, salable enterPrise-elass aPPkatiOnS and product using at/.NET, SOLID principals and 00 Design
Detail-oriented with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple soundu, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-lever inforrnabon to a more general undestaixtre distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
Ability to organize and understand information gathered during requirements analysis, demonstrate fleabikty with changing business priorities, negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among representatives from various interests; worts independently in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
•             Ability to represent requirements in graphical forms that clarify and augment written requirements
•             9-Year College Degree
•             Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
•             Experience building applications using web technologies (ASP.Net, MVC, web services, and cloud-platform development)
•             Hands-on experience with Atlasslan toolset (lira, Confluence)
•             Experience with commercial product development
•             Ability to clearly enunciate current Industry trends, technology innovation, and best practices
•             Direct experience in Criminal Justice, US Public Sector domain
