We need profiles for below mentioned skills. We need a resource who can join as FTE
 
·         The candidate must have at least 10+ years in UX consultant/designer role
·         Must have 'UX strategy consultancy role” in their career for at least 3+ years
·         Look for keywords like Design Thinking, Workshop, Brainstorming, Strategy etc.
·         Make sure the CVs are for UX consultant and not Visual designer or UI developer – I understand the lingos are confusing but the above 3 points and keywords like Wireframing, Card sorting, Persona, Workflow.
·         Information Architecture will ensure we get profiles suitable for the role.
·         Please be in rate range.

·         Seeks out analytics and user testing data to help guide future design decisions, and iterate with a focus on continuous improvement
·         Understanding of W3C and Accessibility Guidelines in design
·         Ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on design
·         Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders
·         Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus)
·         Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences required
