Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Requirement: Assist in detail requirements from business users for approved projects and small enhancements to existing projects. Provide input to the Business Requirement Documents (BRD). Responsible for writing up Stories. Detail requirements for projects/enhancements. Perform design for complex projects and enhancements. Strong configuration and design skills Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure teams, Development teams to ensure that business requirements are properly configured.
Assist with unit and Integration testing. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Business Users. Assist/coordinate with training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate problem solving / analytical skills. Experience/Knowledge Required Strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancement implementations, with a focus on SD. Experience in generating and delivering business process definitions, gap/fit analysis. Experience in a fast paced support environment with hands on experience in successfully delivering results. Strong knowledge of SAP SD is required Experience in ABAP/4 debugging skills. Experience with IDOCS/EDI and interfaces. Understands ECC landscape and interfaces with MM. Additional exposure to IS-Retail is a plus. Additional exposure to SAP MM is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills Independent worker, self-motivated.

· Proven experience with multiple SAP implementations and support projects. · Ability to gather testing requirements and design an SAP support solution · Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance. · Ability to draft and execute Unit test plans, and properly validate results. · Ability to interact well with (and support) business users, Functional team of the system · Follow established processes, policies, and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing system solutions. · Strong interpersonal and written skills · Familiarity and knowledge of retail specific processes, and practices will be added advantage
