  • 8 to 12 years of demonstrated hands-on experience  as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in working on projects related to enabling CRM capabilities for customer life-cycle, marketing via digital channels (Social Media, Data Management Platform (DMP), and ecommerce sites)
  • Experience of working on big data and analytics projects
  • Up-to date on latest trends in digital marketing and well aware of areas like CRM, DMP, Campaigns, email-marketing, media buying etc
  • Experience of understanding the Business KPI's and Goals and Identify the right data sets which influences the KPIs
  • Strong customer focus – expertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and provide possible alternatives
  • Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Elicit requirements by interviewing business owners/stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and data sources
  • Work with different business groups to analyze and define processes of business both "To Be” and "As Is.”
  • Create Requirements documents, define the scope of the requirements, create relevant work flows
  • Create User stories, use cases, functional specifications and maintain all documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clear and meet the business needs and expectations.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT with different business groups
  • Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training.
  • High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, close offshore interactions and manage a high workload
  • Education – Masters in Business Administration  from reputed B-school
