Job Description:
Senior Agile Program / Team Level Coach with significant experience in Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
Ability to coach multiple Scrum Masters, Product Owners and their teams in Lean Agile principles and Scrum / Kanban practices to optimize benefits of being Agile.
Skilled in coaching new Agile teams, cross-functional team members (Dev, QA, BA, Architecture), Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers to achieve best practices.
Ability to facilitate the Agile framework, training sessions and activities. Ability to coach and coordinate Quarterly PI Planning events and work closely with teams and Release Train Engineers.
Provide a vision and strategy; coach and calibrate the team; enable a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify, develop and execute strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes.
Partner to develop transition plans, including ongoing success measures to sustain the change.
Effectively communicate with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Typically 5+ years of Agile experience in a change agent or servant / leader role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices to improve team and organizational maturity.
Drive the maturity curve of agile adoption, partially based on company specific guidance - the rest based on industry norms and emerging trends
Build and develop a high-performance teams that deliver technology solutions, through effective application of the Lean/Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban Method and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Provide coaching and training at the program and team levels
Support the team and enable the Scrum Master, Product Owner and other roles to effectively perform their roles
Coach teams through Agile routines, events and ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Demo, Retrospective, and PI Planning - transitioning responsibility to the team over time
Help resolve team conflict inherent in transformation
Coach the team to achieve Iteration Goals
Coach the team to adhere to Iteration timelines
Help support agile tool adoption and consistent utilization - ensure the team is tracking and communicating team progress and metrics (i.e. burn down / velocity) - using these tools to inform coaching and continuous improvement
Help establish and support consistent reporting practices across the teams
Enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles
Facilitate and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation and creativity
