Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
Worked full time in a Scrum environment for at least 3-4 years, at least 2 of those as Scrum Master
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
A willingness and ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team
The ability and willingness to adapt to an evolving and growing development team
A willingness and ability to work with remote team members
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability and willingness to address and resolve negative conflict
A positive approach to addressing issues
A collaborative approach to work
Curious, willing to ask questions and apply critical thinking

Roles & Responsibilities:
Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Generic Managerial Skills:
Must possess a strong business acumen and high level of confidence
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written)
Must be self-directed, dependable and punctual in a fast-paced work environment

Education:
Must be a BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MSc/CA.
Exceptional BSc graduates with significant industry experience can also be considered.
