SAP CS Functional Lead

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the SAP Customer Service for Utilities. The ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding and skills in configuration is essential. You will have participated in at least 1 successful end to end SAP implementations.

Participate in project implementations, upgrades, support and specific client initiatives. Your consulting expertise and hands on, leadership, team oriented approach will drive successful implementations and initiatives. The ability to effectively work as a team member, team lead or to work independently and communicate with our clients and your team members is essential.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing SAP IS-U CS Utilities.
  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation.
  • Detailed configuration experience Customer Service including Business Master Data, front office and associated Utilities Processes, Tickets, Business Partner Contacts, Address Management, Move-In/Out and Disconnect / Reconnect processes
  • Configuration experience with IS-U to integrate with other systems
  • Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support
  • Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, FI-CA and Device Management.
  • Integration experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS), formally Service Management (SM).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team, as a teal lead or without supervision if required.
  • Travel as required

  • Configuration of IS-U Work Management (WM) including Service Orders and Notifications
  • Experience in integrating IVR solutions
  • Experience in integrating Mobile solutions.
