24/7 production support ( Oncall ). Daily Monitor file failures , resend , reprocess failed files. Fixing connectivity issues , working with internal business and external vendors, Daily working SNOW incident tickets. Adhoc base need to work with Axway vendor.
Provide L2 Triage Unit support (Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities, UI/Online availability, Coordination with Infra/Business & client Project/ Development team).
Working with interfacing applications for resolution.
Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application.
