- Provide Inbound Voice Customer Service to customers from Life & Health Insurance Industry

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, attendance & Adherence.
  • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Be able to make outbound calls and respond to emails for Life & Health Insurance queries.
  • Provide quick, correct and accurate responses to internal employee queries (B2B)
Person Specification
  • Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence
  • Possess effective problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.
  • Should be open to working in night shifts & on weekends.
  • Graduate with 0 - 2 yrs of relevant customer service voice calling experience
  • Experience of working in an blended process will be preferred
  • Customer service experience specifically in Insurance/pensions would be preferred though not mandatory
  • Experience of working in a US Life & Health process will be an added advantage
  • Ability to read/write grammatically correct English with the customer.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate Politeness and courteousness and helpfulness at all times
  • The ability to interpret the customers query and requirements and provide the best possible option/s
  • Ability to work in a target oriented environment
  • Good team player
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Flexible (Willingness to work in night shift)
  • Experience on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Stable profile with previous organizations
  • Eye for detail
  • Graduate with 0 -2 yrs of work experience in a Inbound Voice /email process
