Primary Responsibilities:
Manage, track and communicate data sourcing and provisioning requirements. Document and Review business requirements with data SMEs, providers, consumers, and partner teams (Architecture, Tech Delivery, and PMO). Facilitate discussions, collect and document technical metadata, controls, and data quality specs for applications within the Global Transaction Services supply chain to support critical risk functions and business partners. Facilitate remediation of control gaps in partnership with technology and operations partners. Work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.

Desired Skills:
Broad and deep understanding of Global Banking data
Understanding of Global Transaction Services and products like Deposits, Liquidity, Receivables, Payments, Trade, and Cards.
Enterprise Data Management standards and practices including metadata management, data quality measurement and data lineage.
Familiarity with financial regulatory mandates and reporting requirements
Technology Acumen:
Understanding of general database structures, data flows, and transformation logic
Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Experience Level:
5+ years in financial services in Enterprise Data Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Service Delivery based role
Bachelor's degree (preferred Finance /Business)
