  • Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
  • 8+ years hands on database experience including database development and administration within Microsoft SQL Server environment which includes SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS.
  • Proven experience in strategies/techniques for implementing data warehousing/BI support systems.
  • 5+ Retail Domain expertize
  • Proficient with complete MS BI stack, including database design, optimization, and SSIS/SSRS/SSAS (Multi-dimensional and Tabular).
  • Experience developing and delivering SSAS cubes
  • Must have strong experience and should be experienced with Cubes To design and suggest and recommend how the current process can be improved better .
  • Must have experience in working with diversified teams in a onsite and offshore model
  • Must have strong communication / Written skills
  • Should be capable to meeting all the deliverables as per the Agile model
  • Experience with SSMS, SSRS
  • SSIS, SSRS, TFS. Very strong, experienced building solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), . Extensive knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional data design and development techniques cube design, ETL and others. Good in writing SQL, creating Stored Procedures, Index, Triggers, Views.

Roles and responsibility
  • Manage BI tool set and compel best practices for use with business and project teams. Provide business and project teams with a consistent level of service and problem resolution.
  • Engage Daily, weekly and Monthly staus review meeting with key customer stakeholders - Managers, Directors and Senior directors
  • Ability to lead with strong leadership Skills
  • Identifying and diagnosing opportunities in transportation management and network architecture/design
  • Identifying best practices in measuring and visualizing impact of product and visualize the " "to-be " " system.
