Must have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and Compliance issues related to identity and access management.
Must have experience of the following areas: User provisioning; Enterprise directory architecture and design; Role Based Access Control; Entitlement review and certification; Entitlement management; Single sign on; Identity federation; Privileged access management; IAM Governance; Segregation Of Duties.
RSA Via experience with understanding of integrating VIA with applications or databases or local server accounts in a large environment.
Understanding of RSA Via AFX connectors to integrate, ARM, Intake and certification process.
Understanding of SSO, SSL, Linux-based servers, Active Directory, LDAP-based directories, RACF, network protocols, web-based applications.
Understanding on SOA Workflows.
Understanding of the architecture, design and development of enterprise java and .net applications.
Understanding of database SQL experience in Oracle database environment.
Knowledge or Experience on any other IDM technology

Responsibilities

Work with information security leadership to develop and document access management processes in support of business access requirements.
Work with business units in the ongoing administration of employee access roles.
Develop metrics, operational reports and processes for overseeing access management activities.
Report on the effectiveness of current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Work with technology teams to address issues identified via metrics, reports or by employees.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation, records and materials for overseeing access roles, approvals, and other access governance related activities.
Coordinate/perform regular access reviews based on defined access objectives.
