Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
  • Strong experience as a Hybris Functional Lead
Desired Skills:
  • Extensive experience on Hybris
Roles / Responsibilities:
  • Participating in discovery and scoping workshops, where requirements are discussed
  • Advising on out-of-the-box functionality – concepts, features and workflows
  • Explaining functional gaps (desired vs. hybris standard) and suggest solutions
  • Demonstrating default platform functionality
  • Creating functional specifications
  • Prioritizing requirements based on a business value, time-to-market and complexity
  • Being able to configure hybris suite and prepare Proof-Of-Concepts
  • Defining Acceptance criteria for the implementable requirements
  • Reviewing the delivered functional features
  • Designing and Creating of User guides
  • Participating in delivering end-user trainings

Role : Hybris Tech Lead

  • Strong experience as a Tech Lead – Release, Cutover
Desired Skills:
  • Extensive experience on Hybris
Roles / Responsibilities:
Onsite Tech Lead – Release, Cutover
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Perform coding to written technical specifications.
  • Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.
  • Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
  • Create, document, implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
  • Lead & mentor less experienced developers.
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Position 3:
Role : Hybris Tech Lead

  • Strong experience as a Scrum master
Desired Skills(Not Mandatory):
  • Extensive experience in Data Management, Hybris, & as a Scrum master
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
The scrum master is responsible for supporting product owners in the following aspects:
•Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
•Help communicate the owner's wish list to the project team.
•Arrange and optimize product backlog.
•Organize scrum events as necessary.

The scrum master is responsible to the organization in the following aspects:
•Lead and coach scrum adoption.
•Plan scrum implementation.
•Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.
•Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies' efficiency.
