Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Administrator to support 2-3 HR Client and their team.
- We are seeking a candidate who has organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at the Microsoft executive level.
- The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships, accommodate diverse working styles in addition to attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are essential to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of 2-3 GM calendars with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader's priorities and commitments. Serve as liaison and gatekeeper, ensuring executives' time is aligned with priorities
- Planning and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations and logistics.
- Timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses aligned with company policies.
- Coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including All Hands, Morale Events, and Leadership Offsites. Partner closely with the business manager in team meetings to make sure they run smoothly.
- Proven professional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
- Partner closely with organizations lead executive assistant.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years' experience required in an executive or administrative support role and preferably some previous Microsoft experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, exercise strong independent judgement, prioritize effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience working with executives required.
