Job Description:
Typical Day in the Role
- Key projects: This role will contribute to calendar support for 2 partner level managers.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% meetings, 90% misc tasks like the following: calendaring, onboarding new hires, headcount management, travel/morale budget management, onsite team support, space management, event planning, equipment ordering, distribution list management among other administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 2-5 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: High School graduate. College degree is nice but not required.
- Disqualifiers: Multiple short-term assignments or jobs, gaps that can't be explained, grammatical errors on resume or copying or pasting the same description for each role they have on their resume
- Best vs. Average: Candidate must have Microsoft EA experience. Candidate must be proactive and demonstrate a strong motivation to support the team.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, meeting deadlines, attention to detail and ability to be collaborative.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with calendaring in Outlook.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with managing headcount and team support (examples are experience with the tasks listed under "Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm " above)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Outlook
- Prior Microsoft Experience is required. Ideally someone with 2+ years of Microsoft.

- Hard Skills Assessment Process: 2 or more Panel style interviews with 2-3 people, 30-45 minutes.
