Job Description:

• Process & Tools – Focus: Day-to-day rhythm of business

- Supports in development of operational processes with a focus on day-to-day rhythm of business

- Assists in implementation of processes and tools

- Advises on improvement in quality and efficiency of current processes and tools

- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business process management, such as intake forms and requests

• Production & Coordination – Focus: Roadmap coordination across team disciplines

- Assists in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans

- Attends project-based meetings to coordinate information flow and visibility

- Assists others to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the team's roadmap

- Bridges social media and community activities into a combined pipeline and workflow

- Facilitates information sharing along team schedule, roadmap, priorities, and appropriate data within our organization

- Acts as coordinator with other production resources internally and externally

Soft Skills

• Works with minimal guidance to ensure alignment across pillar functions

• Collaborates actively with team members, internal partners, and external partners

• Proactively creates connections and surfaces operational opportunities for process improvement

• Independently works through solutions and sources answers to challenges

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production, marketing/agency production, or video/graphic design production

• Experience with project management or production tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira)

• Experience in agile workflow environments

Nice to Haves

• Experience in social media and community environments

• Game industry experience
