Location: Building 37, 1st Ave, Hines, IL 60141 Duration: 12+ Month (FTE) Shift: 1st Job Description The Facility Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all activities related to the maintenance, operation, and security of the organization's facilities. They ensure the efficient and effective utilization of the organization's physical assets and resources to support the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of facility management activities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvements. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and optimal functioning of the facilities. - Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule and oversee facility-related projects and services. - Monitor and analyze facility-related data, including usage, costs, and energy consumption, to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Finance) to align facility management strategies with the organization's overall goals and requirements. - Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to facility management, including warranties, service contracts, and asset inventories. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management, health, and safety. - Develop and manage the facility management budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. - Supervise and lead a team of facility management staff, including maintenance technicians and custodians, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. - Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of the organization's facilities. | ||||||||
