Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Power BI Developer. As a self-starter, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present actionable insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Power BI Development:
- Create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop DAX formulas and calculations to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Implement best practices for data visualization to ensure effective communication of information.

3. Data Integration and Transformation:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
- Work with SQL Server, Excel, and other data sources to integrate data seamlessly into Power BI solutions.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Self-Starter Mentality:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on Power BI features and industry trends.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and propose innovative solutions to enhance BI capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
