Description:
Under general supervision, partners with company leadership to promote and administer talent management and acquisition programs such as workforce planning and succession management for multiple PSLs and/or divisions. Tracks, monitors, and reports recruitment metrics. Assesses and/or diagnoses talent management and acquisition gaps. Recommends talent management and acquisition solutions to company leadership. Develops sourcing strategies for current and future openings. Sources candidates as required; pro-actively sources passive candidates for talent pipelines. Conducts other talent management and acquisition activities as required and may supervise individuals or teams as required to help business goals and objectives. Requires completion of a bachelors degree in human resources management, business, or similar disciplines and 6 years of related experience. | ||||||
