Project Support and Release Train Engineer

What You Will be Doing

We are working in an agile, SAFe inspired, set-up and are in the middle of the transition from projects to product streams. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and help to remove hindrances and foster a high-performing team environment, enabling continuous flow, learning, and improvement. You will drive change throughout the North American Engineering organization and represent the Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics department in various local and global meetings.

We are organized in 16 agile teams. In this role you will work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Line Managers, and many other stakeholders so excellent communication skills is key.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in Product Development

• Experience from Project management

• Experience from Agile development methods

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

• PMP Certification and/or SAFe Certification

• Experience working as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or similar
