Qualifications:
Experience working in a team environment. • Ability to read tape measure and use various hand tools. • Must be able to work in a team environment. • Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to read and use tape measure. • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you and the ability to identify and understand the speech of another person. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization. • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred Ability to lead and direct employee development. Finds solutions to the problems and involves other functions as required. Proactively works to create efficient systems and processes to stop problems before they happen. • Confer with management, engineering, quality control, customers, or vendor representatives to coordinate work activities, resolve issues, or identify and review resource needs. Monitor part inventories and the condition of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure adequate working conditions. • May train, mentor and transfer job knowledge to team. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Practice personal safety and follow all safety practices and procedures. Comply with all policies, practices, and procedures.
