Client Relations Business Analyst
Job Description:
Client Relations Business Analyst Prefer candidates in the local area who can work in the office as needed. Schedule: The Client Relations Business Analyst is responsible for increasing the adoption and positive impact of Global IT's solutions for Cargill's employees and contractors. In this role, you will work with IT teams to develop high-value and influential content, conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, and implement the client experience framework. Key Accountabilities Work with, and advise, IT teams to develop strategy around client experience and communications (including, but not limited to: newsletters, emails, articles, channel optimization, videos, website, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and user acceptance testing) Lead sessions with both clients and IT teams to gain feedback and/or educate Use client feedback and data analytics to educate IT teams and continuously improve approach toward a positive client experience Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating to appropriate staff when necessary Minimum Qualifications
