Location: Rapid City SD
Duration 13 weeks (Days shift)

Patient Types:
Cardiology background: General Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery
Patient Ratios:
Will see 22 patients per day
Required Certifications:
LPN: BLS
Education Required:
Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
Skills required:
LPN: Clinic experience preferred. Cardiology experience preferred but not required.
Support on the Unit:
EKG tech
Clinical Assistants (3) – 1 CA per 10 rooms
LPN

Charting System:
Epic (required)
Floating: If yes, where?
Only within the Cardiology clinic
Orientation: (facility and unit)
Facility per protocol and 3-4 days on unit side by side with nurse
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: no weekends
Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? No call
Holiday Expectations: 2/4 required
Day after Thanksgiving is considered a Holiday
Approval of time off? Prefer contract extension to have a total of 13 weeks for any full week off
