• Associate/Technical degree (minimum degree required)
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with time or payroll software and processes (ADP, Kronos, UKG, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, Workday, etc)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products, especially Excel, WORD, and Outlook
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Superior customer service and negotiating skills
• Ability to work with a team (Internal to payroll, cross functionally and 3rd Parties)
• Collaborative approach to problem solving
• Flexibility when time sensitive tasks are demanding
• Initiative to positively impact a successful payroll experience for employees

Responsibilities:
 
POSITION SUMMARY:
• Performs timecard administration for a variety of locations.
• Partners with local management, Human Resources contacts and the Leaves Team members to ensure accuracy to a multitude of timecard entries.
• Manages a number of reporting needs in support of overtime, accrual or other Ad-Hoc requests for ADP data.
• Provides financial reports to assist with Supply Chain metrics.
• Manages the robust eTime timecard sign-off process and reconciliation of hours during payroll transmission days. (critical days are Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Champions a positive payroll experience by supporting internal and external team members in the efforts of producing accurate weekly earning payments.
• Trains newly hired employees on the use of eTime/ADP.
• Additional duties: Escalation support related to researching, determining, and correcting discrepancies in pay, retro calculations, and report creation (standard, ad hoc and custom).
o Assists in resolving assigned eTime service tickets. Communicate researched findings to employees, Human Resources contacts and location leadership staff as needed.
o Strong comprehension of time administration tools and applications relative to executing eTime processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• US and Canada time administration processing (multiple or a large location)
• Wage garnishment / lien processing, as assigned
• Data mining / report creation (standard, ad hoc, and custom)
• Continuous review of potential improvements to payroll related processes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to ensure proper financial reporting as well as root cause analysis when issues arise with payroll.
• Communicate with internal and external team members on time related inquires
