Position: Software Engineer Practitioner

Position Description:

• Client is in the middle of Supply Chain Transformation.
• One of the key focus areas to enable this transformation is to ensure there is robust management of supply chain risk and assurance of supply to ensure demand for our world-leading products can be met optimally.
• Client has recently initiated multiple IT system development projects to support strategic business initiatives in various business units.
• Multiple software development projects are currently underway to develop modern software applications using latest cloud/web technologies and leading software development tools.
• This position is to onboard Software Engineers for IT Product team managing systems development for such IT projects.

Skills Required :

• Primary Technical Skills Required: Java (Open JDK), Angular , SpringBoot , Relational Databases
• Candidate should have excellent knowledge and expertise in full stack java development using Angular and Springboot
• Progressive IT experience with hands-on experience in Angular and Springboot.
• Experience with software delivery tools (GitHub, Jenkins)
• Practical experience in core development technologies and software tiers (UI, Middleware and Back End/databases)
• Experience in large, complex application development including integration within multiple applications.

Skills Preferred:

• Knowledge and experience in secondary technical skills Splunk, Dynatrace
• Experience working in cross functional global team environment.
• Experience or knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) platform will be considered a plus.

• Bachelors
