Qualifications:
  • BA or BS in Marketing, related field
  • Experience in an agency environment for 3+ years, plus corporate brand experience desired
  • Self motivated, hardworking, well organized and resilient to ever-changing needs, timelines and deliverables.
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Expert level proficiency in digital design convention, typography, and composition.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing/evolving client needs.
  • Portfolio of work.
  • HTML, CSS, AMPscript and Photoshop experience is required.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage time across multiple work streams.
  • Must be able to work independently and exercise own judgement in absence of supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Client is seeking an innovative and collaborative Email Specialist for a Contractor position. Candidate will work with a driven Customer Experience team where they will focus on developing engaging emails for use in Client's external communications.
  • The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience creating emails that engage customers. The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple projects at the same time is a must.
  • Develop email templates using provided content and imagery assets
  • Use HTML to create and update email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Represent design and brand look/feel through the use of our brand guidelines
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate, manage and ensure timely delivery of all asset requests
  • Ensure emails are of the highest quality and maintain consistency of brand standards
  • Develop and execute against intake process and schedule to ensure timely delivery of all graphic design needs.
