Human Resources Analyst Lv3
The Human Resources Analyst III will analyze our future workforce to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gaps. We seek a professional to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to ensure accurate forecasting.
*With minimal direction, conduct what-if-scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific initiatives.*Draft a workforce plan and associated talent management strategies (e.g., build vs. buy) to support the future workforce.*Design, implement and administer programs that make the best use of an organization's human capital to ensure maximum return from its talent.*Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term.*Develop business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.*Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. *Other duties as assigned***Minimum Qualifications*Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience*Four years of related work experience.*Preferred Qualifications*Human resources certificate* Competencies: • Compensation experience • Production/plant experience (working in or with) • Consulting with clients/stakeholders experience • ERI would be a benefit to have • Job classification or job architecture experience a plus | ||||||
