Client-Client Client Location-Chattanooga, TN Training may be onsite (2 weeks) and then will be remote Pay Rate-$17/hr on W2 with benefits Duration-8+months Receiving, investigating and resolving all customer inquiries timely and accurately. Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented. Educating caller to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact. Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone and E-mail Must be able to pass required testing Participation and attendance are mandatory. This position requires flexibility due to rotations in schedules and requires adherence to assigned schedules Work overtime as required Quals-- All applicants will be advised that Client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Education • High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience 1 year - Experience in a customer service support role is required Skills\Certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Proficient oral and written communication skills. | ||||||
