Length : 3 Month contract
  • Organize the onboarding inbox and triage onboarding requests
  • Maintain/ update automated form from onboarding inbox. Apply any edits
  • Maintain onboarding information in a spreadsheet (User name, email address, ADO/FG?, AT&T sponsoring manager, notes, GRM number, status column)
  • Enter users into Fieldglass, record date of entry, send email to user that includes the date of entry and a reminder to reach out if too much time elapses
  • Send a daily report of onboarding requests processed and pending
  • Action FG onboarding rejections
  • Answer user onboarding questions
  • Attend twice-weekly onboarding meetings with the customer
  • Manage laptop distribution (who has one, who would like one, laptop delivery/ return)
  • Reach out to inactive FG users and their project managers
  • Respond to users who request access via Teams and let them know to email the onboarding alias
  • Manage offboarded user permission removal
  • Communicate with onboarding team
