Marketing Operations Assistant
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Camden, NJ 08102
Work Schedule: Mon to fri 8:30 am to 5 pm

  • Assists with day-to-day operations supporting tactical efforts for customer lifecycle management. 
  • Responsible for spearheading the execution of direct mail and email marketing activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including creative review, list processing, quality assurance and optimization.
  • Ensures extreme accuracy in marketing processes and materials.
  • Help and analytic support on projects as directed.
  • Assists with the creative review process and approval activities across all media channels
  • Executes and optimizes daily operational communications with an acute attention to detail and strong time management skillset
  • Supports quality assurance of all Marketing Materials utilized in direct mail, email and digital efforts.
  • Offers tactical support to team members for list processing.
  • Support Customer Relationship Management System cleansing and maintenance efforts.
  • Data entry into reporting for email campaigns and survey responses
  • List cleaning email addresses, names, etc., for email campaigns."
Required Skills:                 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
  • Manages work complexity through effective prioritization and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, listening, questioning)
  • Strong sense of enthusiasm, interest and motivation in all aspects of the business.
  • Ability to deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work.
  • Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures
  • Strong self-structure, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred but not required
Required Certification/Education:                    
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline (marketing, business, communications), with at least 1 year of post-college business experience
