  • The Data Center of the Future Program is seeking an individual with a strong background in portfolio financial management. This position will interact with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and management levels while collaborating with ITO Engineering and IT Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Data reconciliation, report analysis and financial reviews with stakeholders in order to submit monthly/quarterly/ annual forecasts and find opportunities for cost savings and risk of overspend -Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis within the program checkbook.
  • Be able to analyse and interpret financial results and forecasts, in order to provide key business recommendations and financial guidance to Senior Leadership based off of the monthly results. -Identify and implement financial reporting tools and visuals outside of the standard Project Management Organization in order to continue accuracy of the financials.
  • Provide support to ITO infrastructure engineers and project teams with purchase order requests by assisting with SOWs and BOMs while facilitating communication between IT Contracts (Legal) and Purchasing to provide alignment. -Work directly with suppliers and ITO Infrastructure Engineers to ensure invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner in order to minimize forecast/actual variance.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain long-term communication and relationships with program teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement/enhancement of the financial reporting and updates to financial management processes and desk procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail -Motivated self-starter with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple priority assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel knowledge, pivot table and macro development experiences a plus.
Education Required:
  • B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field.
