Position Description:
  • The ideal candidate will take initiative to proactively understand gaps and bring forward thought leadership for how to better address a gap.
  • The most successful candidate will be someone who embraces the customer experience, is forward-thinking, progressive, understands the application/enterprise monitoring vertical, and has a past track record of significant accomplishments in cross-functional projects.
  • Successful candidates will embody the following characteristics:
  • Measurement: Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes that inform data-driven decision making, and establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators to ensure investments realize intended ROIs
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Work to understand new, evolving and unique monitoring challenges across the enterprise ecosystem, and recommend technology to support requirements and strategies to deliver on program goals and meet the needs of our customers at scale
  • Problem Solver: Troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision; persevere in the face of internal and external barriers
  • Owns Customer Experience: Keeps the customer in mind throughout the entire process including in the collection of information to the delivery of a sustainable monitoring as a service practice.
  • Responsibilities: . Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of solution features and benefits for the monitoring tools within the strategic portfolio .
  • Bias for action . identifies and acts on both short- and long-term goals in achieving results Comfortable with ambiguity . remains focused in spite of unexpected challenges; continues to seek a path forward
  • Perform rationalization analysis over current monitoring tools
  • Translate the vision of monitoring as a service into reality

Experience Required:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to deliver to calendar set due dates while delivering spikes of demand to support changes in the organization and financial needs 
  • Demonstrated passion for building positive, engaged work environments for employees and leaders Knowledge and comfort working with excel, and other tools for data analysis
  • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate

Experience Preferred:
  • Ability to be detail-oriented but able to understand the business impact
  • Interest in being a catalyst for change

Education Required:
  • B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
