Position Description:
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join the program team that is developing a new global system to support our contact centers.
  • The position will be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system including:
  • Operational configuration maintenance
  • Creating views and dashboards
  • Leveraging out of the box functionality that is not being utilized yet 
  • Working with business owners on enhancement requests
  • Report development

Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including time specifically working with MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 in the Cloud
Minimum of 2 years. experience administering Microsoft Dynamic CRM customizations/configurations including: - Views and dashboards - Security Roles - Custom entities o Microsoft Azure Cloud Configuration o Understanding of MS CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 - All standard out of the box functionality - Plug Ins - Workflows o Experience using and supporting Microsoft Dynamics: - Web Client - Unified Service Desk (USD) or Customer Care Accelerator (CCA) or Contact Center Desktop (CCD) - Outlook Client

Education Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or another field with related work experience
