Location: Albany, NY 12208
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend + Rotating Holidays
Job Description:
Client (Level I Trauma Center) is seeking an experienced Travel CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to care for high-acuity cardiac and vascular post-operative patients in a critical care setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN License (no restrictions)
- 2–3 years of CVICU experience (required)
- Previous travel experience (mandatory)
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Epic EMR experience REQUIRED
Clinical Skills Required:
- Post-operative cardiac & vascular ICU care
- Advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Ventilator management
- A-lines & spinal drains
- ECG interpretation & monitoring
- Temporary pacemakers
- Vasoactive & inotropic drip titration
