Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing high-acuity patients and delivering critical care in a dynamic clinical environment.

The ED treats a wide range of patients including urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, trauma, and critically ill cases. Nurses are expected to perform advanced clinical interventions and provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Must live 100+ miles from the facility
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Experience managing stroke, trauma, and critical care patients preferred
• Active RN License (state of practice) required
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• BSN highly preferred
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Cerner experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care across all patient populations
• Manage critical care procedures including medication titration, arterial lines, chest tubes, and blood transfusions
• Rapid assessment, stabilization, and monitoring of patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
